We offer a hassle-free 7-day refund policy for all new SummPro subscriptions. If you're not completely satisfied with our service:

• Request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription
• No questions asked - we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
• Your subscription will be cancelled automatically upon refund

You can upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan at any time. However, downgrading from annual to monthly is not available until your current annual subscription ends.

*Annual plan is billed as one payment of $95.94, which breaks down to just $8/month

When you reach your monthly character limit for text-to-speech (TTS):

• You'll still have access to all other SummPro features that don't use Premium TTS
• Premium TTS features will be paused until your next billing cycle (incl. Smart Reader, Highlights, Overviews, and Discuss mode)
• You can view your current usage while logged in through the sidepanel
